President College is a private educational institution for full-time and part-time students at the primary and secondary levels (We are now working toward offering tertiary programmes also). We cater to students from Pre-school (ages 3 to 5) to Form 6 and specialize in preparing them for secondary school entrance examinations, CSEC, CAPE, GCE ‘O’ & ‘A’ Levels & SAT. At President College, we also offer one-on-one private tuition at all levels (primary, secondary and tertiary) in all subjects.
Our examination results over the years say it all. For example, we had a 13-year old, Form 2 student (Anna Singh) who passed 4 CSEC subjects, with grade ones / distinction in Mathematics and English. Another student, Maria Bhiro, who did not write SEA (her Secondary School Entrance Examination), passed (in Form 3): English A, Mathematics, Additional Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry (with grade ones in English A and Mathematics). A third student, Gabrielle Kingston, did not get any of her 4 choices at SEA which she wrote at another school. Yet, in Form 3 at President College, she passed 6 CSEC subjects with grade ones and twos.
We seek to uphold a high level of discipline and subscribe to the philosophy that, “Education without discipline, respect for others, and a sense of morality, is equal to failure.” – H. Singh. No wonder, by God’s grace, we have a track record of outstanding examination results.
Very importantly, at President College we employ only mature and experienced University graduates. Since we are result oriented, teachers are screened thoroughly before they are employed.
Equally important, we are pleased to inform you that we offer scholarships to A+ students, talented / skilled footballers, cricketers, athletes, musicians, debaters/ public speakers, etc.
